I came to Sutherland Global October 21, 2014.
What gets you up in the morning? No not your dog/alarm….but what really drives you to get up and give your best each day?
My job, my kids, to make a career here at Sutherland. I love what I do and the people that I work for are wonderful.
So far in your career at Sutherland, what are your top three most important accomplishments? Small victories count too!
My top accomplishments would be finishing LEAD 100, making it into a TM position, and getting ready to be Platinum Coach certified.
Who, at Sutherland, would you consider the person who has made the biggest impact on your career and why?
The person who has made the biggest impact in my career here at Sutherland would be Mark Reynolds. Mark was one of the people who launched the VA choice program and gave me a shot at helping start the QC team and be the TL. I am very grateful for the opportunity and it set me on the right path for my career here at Sutherland.
What would be your advice to someone who wants to work in your position at Sutherland?
Work hard and show others that you have the drive to do your job plus more, go above and beyond not just what is expected of you.
Which country that Sutherland operates in would you most like to visit?
I would love to visit the Sutherland site in London, I have always wanted to go to London, and I believe it would be an amazing journey.
What’s your favorite hobby?
I love to sew, I did it in high school, and it has stuck with me into my adult hood.
What three words best describe you?
Loving, kind, and caring.

By Amber Kukiela| Amber is the Candidate Experience Specialist for Sutherland Global Services. She has a diverse background in marketing and has worked with Welch Allyn Inc. and the New York Family Business Center. She is a recent graduate of Le Moyne College where she majored in Business Marketing and minored in Philosophy and Art Administration. During her time at Le Moyne, she was a sprinter and high jumper for the NCAA track and field team. Since then, she has been running in 5k races around the Central NY area. When not running, she dabbles in photography, painting, and illustrating. She also enjoys baking and cooking and uses her coworkers as taste testers.
