- How did you react when you found out about your promotion?
I was very excited! Not only did I receive a promotion, but also the opportunity to return to home loss mitigation – helping people save their homes, something I am very passionate about! Through the excitement a bit of nervousness surfaced but I quickly reminded myself that, not only do I thrive in the face of challenge, I also have a wonderful team of support.
- Who is the one person that you couldn’t wait to share the news with?
My husband. He is very supportive of my career, and always proud of my accomplishments.
- What do you enjoy most about your new title or responsibilities?
I have a wonderful team. Learning each member’s style and talents, and helping them develop new skills in their own unique way, is by far the most enjoyable part of my new position. My success is only as good as the success of my team members.
- How do you feel this promotion will affect your work relationships?
I will continue to learn and grow in my current work relationships, and I look forward to expanding my skills and knowledge in the new work relationships that my new position will bring.

- Tell us your story. How did you join Sutherland Global?
In August 2014, I was hired by Sutherland to work as the Title Assignments Supervisor in our national servicing center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on a big contract.
I was fortunate to be a part of the start-up team here in Oklahoma which has strengthened my skills and paved the way to bigger challenges and new experiences. This has been, by far, the most exciting time of my career.
