In my new role as ‘Quality Specialist’ I will implement a plan to build and foster good relationships which will ultimately improve performance and experiences.

This will be achieved by stepping into the consultant shoes. That way, they know I understand and when you facilitate growth and show understanding as well as willingness to help people advance, they intern feel supported and are encouraged to give their best in all tasks.

  1. What are your habits or daily routines that helps you to recharge on a working day?

You’ll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine. I try to change things that will maximize my new goal. I always put God first in everything I do. I ensure my day is organized; I need to look at all that needs to be done and the time in which they need to be done. I set the goal and prioritize accordingly.
