Sutherland has a plethora of incredible people. However, we have many who are willing to go the Extra Mile. In acknowledgment of their efforts, we honor them as a Platinum Performer. Recipients of this prestigious award are invited to our special quarterly dinner where they are recognized for their contributions to the company. Meet Sutherland’s latest awardee.

  1. Who at Sutherland has made the biggest impact on your career and why?

Kelly Irizarry and Leisa Serra Walsh both made the biggest impact on my career at Sutherland thus far. Kelly impacted me by being a wonderful Trainer. She was very informative, made sure the class knew what was expected, and gave us everything we needed before we went to the production floor. Leisa, on the other hand, was my Team Manager. She was absolutely a pleasure to work with. She has very good people skills, very good coaching skills, and I was very impressed with her enthusiasm to want to help and answer all questions with no hesitation. Any program that gets these two ladies is very blessed. It’s been a blessing to work with them both. Kelly and Leisa, I will miss you very much. I wish you both the best in your future adventure with Sutherland and any other adventure in come across.
