Tell us your story. How did you join Sutherland Global?
I was working for another company as help desk over the phone. I was bored after 6 months, and a friend mentioned that Sutherland needed someone with expertise in specific types of computers, so I threw my name in!
What three accomplishments are you most proud of since your start with Sutherland? Big or small, every accomplishment counts!
The accomplishments I am most proud of are flying to India to support the Excellence and Execution workshop, traveling to Chesapeake to help on-site during a build out, being promoted to IT Business Relationship Manager, and relocating from Rochester, NY to San Francisco after less than a year with Sutherland.
Who at Sutherland has made the biggest impact on your career and why?
Two people have made the biggest impact on my career.
Rick Stockmaster – He hired me and took a chance on me when I didn’t have the experience necessary (in my mind at least) for this position, he’s a supportive and motivating manager
Faheem Ahmed – The original catalyst behind getting a new position and moving to California
What advice would you share with someone interested in your role at Sutherland?
Work hard. There’s always pressure and stress, but it’s how you handle that stress and use it to motivate yourself that shows your true character.
Which country that Sutherland operates in would you most like to visit?
The UK, I would love to see our facilities there.
What are you most looking forward to in 2016?
A new position within Sutherland and relocating to one of the coolest cities ever.

What are your favorite snacks or food to bring to work? Could be a meal or something as small as a granola bar. Let us know what gives you energy to be successful each day!
