- How and when did you come to Sutherland?
I started out with Sutherland in October of 2015 as a Consultant. I found out about the career opportunities by visiting the careers page on their website.
- What would be your advice to someone who wants to work in your position at Sutherland?
The advice I would provide to anyone who wants to work in my position at Sutherland, would be to always keep a smile on your face, and never let yourself get stressed out over the small things that may arise. I would advise that you continue to push yourself harder every day, so that you can be better than the day before. Ask questions when you don’t understand and be proactive and passionate towards others.
- So far in your career at Sutherland, what are your top three most important accomplishments?
My top three accomplishments so far in my career with Sutherland, are being named Employee of the Month twice, improving my care score for my quality scores, and being able to offer my advice to my peers about their scores and the ways to keep them up.
- What makes Sutherland stand out from your previous employer(s)?
Sutherland stands out from my previous employers because they are a work-from-home company and they try to revolve your schedule around your life. I worked on a program that allowed me to have a split-shift schedule, which in return, allowed me to be able to balance my work and life separately.
- What do you do outside of work?
During my free time when I’m not working, I usually help my son with his homework, cook us dinner, and take him out riding on the weekends to do some shopping.
- What three words best describe you?
Three words that best describe me are that I’m an easy person to get along with, I’m always smiling, and I’m a very good listener.
