What gets you up morning, ready to seize the day? No, not your dog or alarm….but what REALLY motivates you to give your best each day?
The rush of getting sales, and the excitement of the sales environment. I want to be the best at what I do- and the sales commissions certainly don’t hurt either!
Who at Sutherland has made the biggest impact on your career and why?
Kate Bida. She is a Sales Executive right now, but used to be a Senior District Manager on my sales team. I sat right next to her when I first started, and she really took me under her wing. It was great to listen to her on the phones, and she was always more than willing to share her best practices. I really think Kate is a huge reason as to why I’ve been successful in this position!
What advice would you share with someone interested in your role at Sutherland?
Apply! What are you waiting for?! You can build a great career here, and there is a lot of opportunity for growth
What makes Sutherland stand out from your previous employer(s)?
I think Sutherland truly cares about you, not just how you’re performing at your job, but in life overall. I appreciate that they see the value in a work/life balance.
Which country that Sutherland operates in would you most like to visit?
I’d love to visit Brazil- especially for the upcoming Olympics this year!
When away from the office, what are your favorite activities or hobbies?
I love upbeat Latin styled dancercise, hanging out with friends & family, reading, and shopping.
What are your favorite snacks or food to bring to work? Could be a meal or something as small as a granola bar. Let us know what gives you energy to be successful each day!
LOTS and lots of coffee- and gummy bears! And on the healthier side- yogurt with fruit and granola and a big salad.
