What gets you up in the morning? No not your dog/alarm….but what really drives you to get up and give your best each day?

I am motivated and inspired by my team and the accomplishments we’ve achieved in all areas of the program. With proactive management of the queue, we can help shield a veteran caller from the frustrations of long wait times.

With some other programs, time off is a very big topic right now. By being open minded, and truly empathic to the consultants that work so hard, we can help find a time off solution that accommodates the needs of the business and the needs of the consultants.

I am driven by the necessity to maintain accuracy and integrity in reporting metrics, upper management is able to hone into the areas that truly need improvement and showcase the areas in which we lead the way.

In a nutshell — just being able to provide solutions for the veteran, the consultant, and the overall program.

Tell us something about Sutherland or your role specifically that others may not know.

Our program and team are split between two separate sites.  We work together to support the program as a whole.  Even though I am physically located in Alexandria, I have responsibilities to the Houston managers and consultants that might not be local.

So far, in your career at Sutherland, what are your top three most important accomplishments? Small victories count too!

Top accomplishments:  Graduating from Lead, my upward movement through the company, and last but not least the ability to work with both Alexandria and Houston sites.
