1.What gets you up in the morning, ready to seize the day?
I enjoy coming to work every day knowing that I have the chance to change someone life experience with great customer service.
2. What three accomplishments are you most proud of since your start with Sutherland?
The Sutherland accomplishment I am most proud of is making the top of the sales stack in June 2015. I am also proud to have had perfect attendance month after month, and my most recent accomplishment, receiving January’s Platinum Performer award.
3. Which country that Sutherland operates in would you most like to visit?
I would love to visit the Philippines to learn a different way of life and how others live.
4. What are you most looking forward to in 2016?
I am looking for opportunities to rise within the company, and to provide fellow employees and customers with a better experience.
5. When away from the office, what are your favorite activities or hobbies?
When I am away from the office, I enjoy watching Netflix, making videos for YouTube, and being creative with my computer.

By Amber Kukiela| Amber is the Candidate Experience Specialist for Sutherland Global Services. She has a diverse background in marketing and has worked with Welch Allyn Inc. and the New York Family Business Center. She is a recent graduate of Le Moyne College where she majored in Business Marketing and minored in Philosophy and Art Administration. During her time at Le Moyne, she was a sprinter and high jumper for the NCAA track and field team. Since then, she has been running in 5k races around the Central NY area. When not running, she dabbles in photography, painting, and illustrating. She also enjoys baking and cooking and uses her coworkers as taste testers.
