  1. How did you hear about Sutherland Global Services?

As a Rochester native, I’ve known about Sutherland Global Services for quite some time. I know a few people that worked here right out of school, each for different periods of time. I would have to say that I learned the most about the company when I was presented with the opportunity to join the Hive. I enjoyed the interview process, and getting the chance to meet some of the Leaders in the Recruiting department.

  1. What is one thing you know about the company now that you wish you knew before?

I was not aware of the immense opportunity for advancement both domestically and globally, as well as the wonderful programs that are in place to acknowledge peoples’ success and reward them for their efforts. I have never seen such a focus on celebrating all who work hard, contribute, and strive to advance.

  1. Where in the world have you never been, but would like to go?

I have been to Italy, but have never travelled through Europe. I’d love to spend some time there. I have also spent some time living in Australia, and would love to go back.

  1. What are you most looking forward to here at Sutherland Global Services?

I’m most looking forward to the opportunity to learn, grow, lead, and certainly travel!

  1. What is your current theme song?

I enjoy all genres of music, but I have a tendency to really connect with songs that are empowering. One that I am enjoying at the moment, that could be considered my theme song, is “Fight Song” by Rachel Platten. She says, “I might only have one match, but I can make an explosion”. I think it’s a great visual of how through small efforts we each can create great change.
